The tile work was done exceptionally well
We've had JStar do partial remodels of two different bathrooms, and were very pleased both times. I really appreciated Tim's ability to problem solve and come up with reasonable solutions to some pretty difficult issues. We already have another project planned with JStar. Eric S, Apex

From the beginning Tim was enthusiastic and positive about the unique design we wanted for our deck
The other deck builders we talked to tried to talk us out of what we wanted and gave us their standard ho-hum designs. Tim liked the challenge of creating something unique, and built a deck that is even more beautiful than what we had envisioned. When people see our deck, they say it looks like something from an expensive resort. We really enjoyed working with Tim because he never took short cuts and always made sure things were done right. He built a screened porch addition for me with an additional lower level deckThe lower deck was built to support a hot tub. The entire project was built out of IPE which is an exotic hardwood from South America. The nature of the material made for very difficult construction. The project was completed on time and spot on the original estimate. Throughout the process Tim made sure everything was absolutely perfect, and even added details that we did not discuss in the original bid. I would highly recommend him, and you definitely will not be disappointed if you choose to go with him. -- Jon, Apex, NC
